    means
    A Villa in Colva typically would cost you £41 per square foot. So, if the Villa is 225 sq mtrs (10 square metres means 107.6 square feet), then this property would cost you 225 x 10.76 x 41 = GBP 99261, or less than One Hundred Thousand Pounds Sterling.

    You can, of course, convert these rates in other currencies of your choice like Rupees, Dollars etc to see the cost of buying your dream home in goa ina currency that you are familiar with. Likewise, you can also conver the rates mentioned in square feet, to metres or yards.
